I wanted to draw this pose since ages. Decided to go absolute batshit with the coloring and shading because I wanted to experiment with this one. :happybounce: 
Anyway, the reference image I used for this pose is - oi64.tinypic.com/2e36cnq.jpg from the Japanese dragon ball calendar or some magazine.
